I’ve spent over 15 years working in beauty, as a self-employed spray tan artist & skin specialist, and I’ve learned that being good at what you do is only one part of the picture.
You need to feel confident doing the work. You also need a business that makes sense behind the scenes. That’s where I can help.
Through With Sam Collective, I train new and existing spray tan artists and work one-to-one with beauty business owners who are ready to look properly at what’s working, what isn’t and what to do next.
HOW I GOT HERE

I didn’t start out with a perfectly mapped-out career in beauty. I worked in weddings and events, then in office jobs, whilst building multiple businesses and social media accounts of my own.
Since then, I’ve worked with clients, taught artists and run a studio full time. I know how much thought goes into a client experience that looks effortless from the outside. I also know what it’s like to have a full diary and still wonder whether the business is working as well as it could.
That experience shapes how I teach and how I work with business owners. I’m interested in the details: why you’ve chosen that technique, whether your pricing makes sense, and what happens when you try to put a plan into practice on a normal Tuesday.

I’ll give you honest feedback and explain the why, so you can make decisions with more confidence when I’m not standing beside you.
If you’re learning to spray tan, that means understanding the client in front of you and knowing how to adapt your technique. If we’re looking at your business, it means getting past “I’m busy” and looking at your services, pricing and the way you actually spend your time.

A bit more about me
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a coffee, fussing over my furry child, spending time at the stables or booking another trip for no rhyme or reason. I like having a life beyond the business, and I think the way you run yours should leave room for one too.
