We’ll look properly at your services, pricing and the way the business is currently running. Then we’ll identify what needs your attention first and turn it into a realistic 30-day plan.
No generic business advice and no trying to change everything at once.
Being busy doesn’t tell you whether it’s working.
You can have clients in the diary and still feel like you’re working too much, charging too little or constantly trying to catch up.
You can complete a training course and still feel unsure when you’re standing in front of a real client.
More information isn’t always the answer. Sometimes you need someone experienced to look at what’s actually happening, show you what’s being missed and help you move forward properly.
